I recognize something in every face.
A friend
A character
A quirk.
I look at complete strangers
And see things I already know.
Every new person I meet reminds me of something or someone I already know.
I will tell someone this person looks just like so and so.
They won’t see it.
But for me it’s like playing connect the dots.
Forming familiar things out of people I’ve never seen.
No matter what I can always find a friend.
