Cracking Skull

 I wish I could make you happy.

I hate to see you so.

The cracks pulling apart that perfectly carved head of yours.

All the world soaking into that beautiful mind of yours.

I wish I had a bubblegum smile.

A silly putty laugh.

Something to ill the cracks acracking in that skull of yours.

Even if it was just temporary.

I don’t need any loving.

I don’t need your heart.

I just wish I could make you smile.

Wish I could pull you out of what has got it’s grip on you.
