I keep wanting to say “Smoke ‘em if you’ve got ‘em”
Like somehow it will mean I’ve got some.
And that I can smoke them.
That somehow I have anything
And I am capable of something.
As if by saying this simple phrase will bring together all of the have beens
All of the maybes.
All of the possibles.
Into some semblance of similitude.
